FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Please read through our frequently asked questions, to ensure you make the most of your Eden Hall experience.
If you are feeling fit please bring your gym bag and trainers, if you are taking a dip don’t forget your swim costume, trunks or shorts, plus flip-flops to walk around the building. A fluffy robe and towel will be waiting for you on arrival, with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion and hairdryers ready to greet you in the changing rooms. We recommend you leave jewellery and valuables at home, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to such items.
If you would like to add treatments to your Spa Day experience, we recommend doing this whilst making your initial reservation. Our expert therapists get booked up far in advance, consequently we cannot guarantee availability on the day should you decide. If you do have any pre-booked treatments, these will be clearly shown on your schedule at arrival.
All treatments without the flexible booking option are non-refundable at any time.
You must be 18+ years old to have a spa treatment. For manicures and pedicures in our Parlour, you must be 16+ years old.
Before your treatment, please ensure you are wearing either underwear or dry swimwear beneath your robe. Disposable underwear is available on request if needed and please ensure you have your flip-flops ready if you are booked in for a pedicure. We recommend that all make-up, contact lenses and jewellery are also removed prior to your treatment, so you can fully immerse yourself in the experience. Please arrive at least ten minutes prior to your appointment time, enabling you to fill out our lifestyle questionnaire and ensure the treatment can be tailored to your needs. All treatment times include a personal consultation and skincare prescription, but are subject to change. While we always do our very best to accommodate late arrivals, your appointment will still finish at the same agreed time, if your therapist has another booking immediately after.
After your treatment, we recommend you sit back and relax in one of our lounges for at least ten minutes, drinking plenty of water and savouring the moment. Some treatments may affect you being able to use our Saunas, Steam rooms, Saunariums and other facilities, but rest assured our expert therapists will provide you with this information at the end of your session.
Please note, on a very rare occasion we may need to move your treatment time. If this is the case, we will always do our very best to keep this as close to your preferred time as possible.
We kindly ask that all guests read our health commitment statement prior to visiting.
