Coronavirus (COVID-19) update

Please rest assured knowing we have taken appropriate steps to ensure a safe environment for our guests, consulting professional bodies and carefully considering each action. Please find below our plan to keep you and our team safe as we all adjust to a slightly different way of doing things.

At present, we are adhering to the guidance provided by professional spa bodies and the latest government guidelines, which is as follows:

  • In light of the Government's announcement on Monday 12th October, we can confirm that Eden Hall Day Spa is now following guidance for Tier 2 restricted areas. However, as Government restrictions relating to Covid 19 are regularly being updated, we do recommend that you check the Governments website for more detailed information: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/local-covid-alert-levels-what-you-need-to-know

  • Our swimming pool, spa pools and outdoor hot tubs will be available for you to use (user numbers will be limited per facility, please refer to onsite signage for guidance)

  • Our gym, exercise and relaxation classes will be available for you to attend and book

  • We are pleased to announce that from 2nd October 2020, our steam rooms and saunas will be open in line with government guidelines. Please refer to onsite signage regarding use of these facilities

  • We are currently able to offer all body and facial treatments from our menu with the exception of some brow and lash services (please enquire on booking)

  • The Restaurant and Conservatory will continue to offer food and beverages, however buffet options will not be available.

  • Occupancy will be significantly reduced to ensure social distancing in all areas  

  • No more than six people can attend in a group booking

  • On our Twilight Spa sessions, we must adhere to the 10.00pm curfew as per Government guidelines. Therefore, our opening times have changed to 7.00pm to 10.00pm. No food or beverage will be available after 10.00pm and dining rooms and communal areas will need to be vacated

  • We can only offer table service in food and beverage areas

  • We have moved to being a cashless property

  • NHS Track & Trace is in place. Please register all members of your party on arrival at the spa via the NHS App

  • All guests, members and visitors are to bring and wear face masks in our public areas including spa areas, unless you are exempt for medical reasons. You do not need to wear a mask when seated in our spa relaxation areas, food and beverage areas, or when having facial treatments

Our Terms & Conditions are such that you can postpone or change the date of your booking with no fuss or fees if the goal posts happen to be moved.

If you are a member at Eden Hall, please refer to your dedicated members information page on the website for updates, as we continue to relay communications as soon as decisions are made. 

For guests with gift cards due to expire before the 31st December 2020, please sit back and relax, as we have automatically extended these to the 31st December 2021.
