The health and wellbeing of our guests, members and employees is, and always has been, at the heart of our business.
As a result of the Government’s announcement with the national lockdown, it is with deep sadness that we will be temporarily closing Eden Hall until further notice.
If you have an existing booking with us, please don’t worry, we’ll be in touch with your options as soon as possible. Please be patient if you are actively trying to contact us, our phone lines are a little busy at the moment.
We cannot stress how highly we value your loyalty, and the fantastic work of our staff in these extraordinary times. We will continue to keep in touch by email, through our website and on Instagram and Facebook.
Rest assured, we will be rolling out the red carpet to our loyal guests as soon as we are able to, so please keep your eyes peeled for our eagerly anticipated return!
For guests with gift cards due to expire before the 31st December 2020, please sit back and relax, as we have automatically extended these to the 31st December 2021. If you wish to purchase a gift card, we are now offering an 18-month expiry date. View our gift cards here.
