The Operations/Departmental Manager Level 5 apprenticeship cultivates and extends the learner’s knowledge across a range of topics, leading them to more efficiently achieve their operational goals. The HR Consultant Partner Level 5 apprenticeship is for individuals who are involved in providing solutions to people challenges within a business, giving advice to manager and others about HR matters. Learners will demonstrate a range of excellent ‘People Professional’ knowledge, skills and behaviours.
