Providing all of our staff with suitable and comprehensive training and development opportunities, including dedicated Sustainability Champions at each and every property. Their crucial role is to actively gather feedback from staff members on any and all sustainability-related ideas, and to then effectively aid in the subsequent implementation of those sustainability ideas, by feeding this valuable information back through the group sustainability committee for consideration.

Engaging with and supporting local community environmental projects, such as litter picking and collaborations with local schools and businesses.  

Focusing on the wellbeing and mental health of our teams, through the implementation of Mental Health First Aiders and on-site staff awareness campaigns.
