At Barons Eden, we understand that involving our people, across the entire business and all of our locations, is vital in ensuring we achieve our sustainability goals.
Below are just some of the objectives we have set in championing our people to be more sustainable.
Providing our staff with suitable training and development, including Sustainability Champions at each property. Their role is to get feedback from staff, on any sustainability ideas, and to then aid in the implementation of sustainability ideas, by feeding this back through the group sustainability committee.
Engaging with and supporting local community environmental projects, such as litter picking and collaborations with local schools and businesses.
Focusing on the wellbeing and mental health of our teams, through the implementation of Mental Health First Aiders and on-site staff awareness campaigns.
