NORDIC HEAT AND ICE
Spa in true Scandi style with our Nordic Heat and Ice Suite, as you bask in the heat then brace for the cold.
NORDIC HEAT AND ICE
The Suite
Our Nordic Spa experience offers a style of hydrotherapy that’s been popular in Scandinavia for generations. Plunge your body into our hot and cold temperatures, strengthening your immune system, whilst soothing your aches and pains. Every Nordic Spa operates on the same basic principles of hot, cold, rest, repeat, and Hoar Cross Hall is no exception. Why not start with a visit to our hot tub, Steam Room or dry Sauna, before enjoying an ice cold shower! Let your body then rest in our Aromatherapy Room or on a poolside lounger, as you return to your regular temperature before doing it all again...with a spot of lunch and massage in between.
