Our exercise studio hosts a variety of classes, for beginners through to experts. Whether it’s high-impact cardio or soothing meditation, our fitness team are on hand to guide you every step of the way. Please note, due to government restrictions, we are currently only able to provide virtual classes for members. However, please find below our exercise timetable, ready for when studio classes resume at Hoar Cross Hall on May 17th!
