  • Treatment cannot be exchanged/swapped for any equivalent treatment – treatment upgrades available with a supplementary fee

  • Full prepayment required upon booking, strictly non-refundable and non-transferable unless insurance is purchased

  • For guests who do purchase insurance, package is only available for change on applicable available dates during October and November, subject to availability.
