January Treatment of the Month B-Line Essential Pedicure

We start the year by introducing a new luxury pedicure from our friends at B-Line Beauty. This follows the success of our signature Foot Smoothie mini pedi designed specifically to tackle stubborn hard skin, using B-Line’s revolutionary Erase spray. The new Essential Pedicure combines Foot Smoothie with a classic pampering treatment incorporating a longer, relaxing massage of feet and legs up to the knee.
Annette Foley-Craigen, founder and managing director of B-Line, describes it as a ‘highly-effective maintenance’ pedicure that leaves feet and lower legs feeling refreshed and revived and skin restored to a soft, healthy appearance.
The new pedicure has been introduced partly to meet demand following the positive feedback from spa guests delighted with the results of Foot Smoothie, launched during National Foot Health Week earlier this year. B-Line is renowned as a footcare specialist thanks in part to its natural plant-based ethos and commitment to raising awareness of the importance of looking after the feet as an investment in overall
health and wellbeing.

Tried and Tested

Hannah, one of our Retail Assistants was lucky enough to have her feet fully pampered with the gorgeous B-Line Essential Pedicure. Talk about a tough job!

Here’s what she had to say:

Tamsin collected me from the waiting area and took me down into the pedicure suite where I sat down in a comfy massage chair! 
The treatment began with a refreshing foot spray to prepare my feet for the pedicure.  I placed my feet into warm water and Tamsin added 2 pumps of the B-line Foot Bath product in there so my tired feet could have a good soak. The water was the perfect temperature and my feet felt like they were in a whirlpool with lots of bubbles! When asked about my foot concerns, I advised that I suffer with dry skin around the heels and tension on the soles – I stand up all day at work. Apparently, this was going to be the perfect treatment for me, and I could not wait for it to begin!
Both feet and legs were exfoliated with bamboo powders to help break down the dead skin cells, this was followed by spritzing my feet with Erase Spray; which helps to soften hard, dead skin.  Nourishing Cuticle Cream made from luxurious coconut oil was then placed onto each of my toes and then my feet were wrapped to help the Erase Spray get to work. 
Once my feet were unwrapped, the treatment continued with cuticle work and filing. Tamsin then got to work on rasping my heels; one of the areas where I really wanted to see a difference. The results were clearly visible, and my feet felt amazingly soft!!
This already fantastic treatment was then finished off with a gorgeous foot and leg massage which melted away any remaining tension. 
At the end of the treatment I received a prescription listing all the products used and highlighting the ones will be best for me to carry on using at home.

The health and wellbeing of our guests, members and employees is and always has been, at the heart of our business. As a result of the Prime Minister’s announcement on 20th March, it with deep sadness that we have taken the decision to close Eden Hall and Hoar Cross Hall until further notice. Though we genuinely hope to be welcoming you back sooner, rather than later we will closely monitor government updates to ensure we are keeping our team members, customers and members safe.

In these unprecedented times, we have been genuinely touched by the understanding and support shown by our guests, members and staff alike. We thank you for your words and acts of kindness that have given much needed hope and positivity throughout these difficult weeks. Our main priority has always been our loyal customers, especially since temporarily closing the doors of our beautiful venues, putting your experience with us on hold.

If you have an existing booking with us, please don’t worry, we’ll be in touch to help as soon as possible.
If you have one of our gift cards with an expiry date before 30th June 2020, you do not need to do anything, we have automatically extended these until 31st December 2020.

We are also focusing on the wellbeing of our valuable team members, who are currently unable to work due to recent government restrictions. Our employees are a key focus for us at this time, as we hope you understand. Consequently, we are doing all we can to ensure a swift return and to reassure and stabilise their situation in the meantime.

For those of you who may still need to contact us, we have put in place a small dedicated team to respond to all enquiries. Please bear with us if our response isn’t as speedy as normal, we really are trying our best and will contact you as soon as we are able to.
