If you purchased an e-voucher, the recipient will receive it instantly via email. Physical gift cards are delivered by Royal Mail and may take 5–7 days to arrive.

When placing a new booking, you’ll have the option to use a gift card before making payment. Simply enter the gift card number and the purchaser’s surname, and the gift card amount will be deducted from the total cost.

All gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

When purchased online only Gift Cards can be refunded within 14 (fourteen) days of purchase without penalty. Please note where a postage and packing charge was made this amount can not be refunded. Please advise us of cancellation by emailing reservations@baronseden.com stating the date of purchase and Gift Card number. Emails should be sent using the same email address used to purchase the voucher.

Gift Cards cannot be redeemed on the day of purchase.

Gift cards or e-vouchers can be used at either Eden Hall or Hoar Cross Hall.

Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift Vouchers can not be utilised against bookings for meetings, events, functions or weddings or to purchase further Gift Cards
