The Hospitality Supervisor Level 3 apprenticeship (Food & Beverage pathway) is aimed at assistant managers, or leaders who supervise Front of House teams and is delivered through a selection of core modules. The programme also includes a Food and Beverage Specialist module that gives learners the knowledge to deal with food and drinks pairings, team management and industry trends. This programme includes the fundamentals of marketing, from marketing & digital marketing business principles, principles of coding, leadership, and Google Analytics IQ.
