We’re back, and ready for you

We're happy to welcome guests back to use our facilities and have some well deserved relaxation within our spa. Take a dip in our Hydrotherapy Pool, our Salt Water Vitality Pool or one of three hot tubs and soak away the stresses of lockdown. Take a load off in one of our 6 Indoor Relaxation Areas including our popular Hanging Pods. Explore our woodland walks at your own pace or chill in outdoor relaxation areas. All of our spa treatments are available to book separately or add a treatment onto any package to enhance your visit.

Safety Measures

To keep Hoar Cross Hall as safe as possible for staff and guests we have reduced visitor numbers to allow for social distancing & we request that guests observe our social distancing measures in all areas. All guests, members and visitors are required to bring and wear face masks in our public areas, unless you are exempt for medical reasons, and we have installed protective barriers at all of our reception desks. We are now a cashless property and all team members must complete daily health declarations and are temperature checked prior to starting work.

Food & Drink

Henry's restaurant is offering outdoor dining on our terrace, we have an ALL-NEW menu, available for guests to purchase and consume outside. Guests can also bring their own picnic if they choose, which can be consumed outside. Included in your spa packages, will be a takeaway refreshment package. 

This will include: A toasted wrap with your choice of filling (to be chosen on the day of arrival), a bottle of mineral water, whole fruits, Kettle Crisps and a snack bar.
