We offer over 90 classes a week, from high-impact cardio such as Zumba, step and spinning, to soothing relaxation classes including yoga, tai chi and pilates. Our well-equipped gym has everything you need for a total body workout, with a wide range of cardiovascular and resistance equipment.
Whatever your level we have a range of outdoor pursuits for everyone. Get your heart pumping on our newly surfaced tennis court, practice your putting skills on our driving range or attempt a bullseye in our archery class. If something more sedate takes your fancy, we'd suggest a stroll around our woodland walks and Italian garden, or a leisurely cycle around our expansive grounds.
