Challenge your fitness with our NEW Heaven to Hell Boot Camp. Run by our experienced master trainer, Matt Oliver, push your fitness to the next level with a day of challenging activities.

15th September | 6.30 am – 5.30 pm | £120 per person

Matt is a fully qualified level 3 Personal Trainer and Anatomy and Physiology specialist with over 8 years’ experience in the fitness industry. His areas of expertise are: hypertrophy, strength and conditioning, Vo2 max strengthening, plyometric training and exercise for fat loss.

Following an introduction from Matt, you will be split into two teams (Heaven and Hell) and will compete against each other throughout the day. You will be led through a series of high intensity activities including a resistance masterclass, 6km run through Yoxall, and a 1 hour outdoor terrain bike ride around the surrounding areas.

You will be fuelled throughout with regular smoothies and healthy snacks and treated to a private dining experience in our elegant Library.

After training hard you’ll be rewarded with some well-earned time in our award-winning spa where you will enjoy facilities including aqua therapies, detox areas, relaxing pools and our fabulous Nordic Heat and Ice Suite.

To round off the day Matt will take you through a wind down and stretch class to fully relax your body and mind, before celebrating your achievements with a presentation.

8.15 am – 8:45 am Refuelling break
9.00 am – 10.00 am Indoor Resistance Master Class
10.15 am – 10.45 am Refuelling Break
11.00 am – 12.00 pm Outdoor Terrain Run
12.15 pm – 1.15 pm Lunch
1.30 pm – 2.30 pm Outdoor Bike Ride/Spin Class
2.45 pm – 4.00 pm Time in the Spa to relax
4.15 pm – 5.00 pm Wind-down and Stretch Class
5.30 pm – Depart
