Children’s Bereavement Centre

We are so proud to be working to raise funds for Children’s Bereavement Centre in Newark, our Charity of the Year.

Sadly every 22 minutes in the UK a child is bereaved of a parent. Children’s Bereavement Centre is there to offer support to these children at one of the most traumatic times in their lives. Along with bereavement counselling support, Children’s Bereavement Centre provides play therapy, filial therapy, peer support groups, workshops and activities – just a snapshot of the amazing work done by this charity. Last year alone, Children’s Bereavement Centre supported 781 local children and families, and to continue this work need the help and generosity of the general public and local businesses throughout Newark.

And with this in mind, Eden has pledged our support through sponsorship, donation and fundraising over the next 12 months. We’ll keep you posted on activities and progress.
